Description

Well maintained 3.5 room apartment in Flumserberg-Oberberg with very large garden seating area. Built in 1974, the apartment has been recently renovated and has 55m2. In the immediate vicinity are restaurants, ski lifts and the indoor swimming pool Flumserberg.
The single garage box is suitable for cars of max. length 4.88m, 2.30m width and 1.90m height.

The kitchen has an extendable dining table, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, hand mixer, blender and an electronic kitchen scale. Also available is a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules or buy them in the village store Flumserberg), cheese fondue set, a stone table grill plate with raclette oven and a fondue chinoise set.
