Description

The beautiful chalet-style 3.5-room apartment in the "Haus zur Arve" is in a top location for skiing, biking and hiking. Restaurants, shopping facilities and the ski school are only a few minutes walk away. The holiday apartment has a balcony with a view of the surrounding mountain range.

Two bedrooms: one room with a large double bed and one room with a bunk bed and an integrated pull-out bed.

Bathroom
One bathroom with bath, toilet and bathroom sink. Hairdryer is available.

Living room
An open plan living room with dining table, corner bench, chairs, sofa, flat screen TV and a sound station. Access to the large, sunny balcony, which has a table, four chairs and two sun loungers.

Kitchen
Open, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine without capsules, kettle, blender, microwave, raclette and fondue set.


Other rooms
Ski boot room in the building and hanging rack in the garage for skis.

Interior
The light-flooded holiday apartment is cozy and homely furnished. The entire apartment is carpeted with additional protective rugs. The fireplace in the living room may no longer be used and serves only as decoration.
A free garage parking space (Nr. 3) is available.

Technical equipment
There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the house. Free Wi-Fi (only in winter), radio/CD player and a flat screen TV are available in the apartment.
