"Ideal hotel with beautiful views, clean, spacious, very comfortable. Nice breakfast, free parking, automated check-in 24h. The only problem is wi-fi quality. You will not be able to see videos - the speed is very low. In combination with lower mobile network signal in the room - it leads to no-gadgets relax. For some people that might be a plus. Excellent geographical position and views."

"From the beginning I had difficulty to check-in due to system error, and no compensation founded. In the second day room service tried to enter the room while already i tell him to not clean the room. At all time the bell keep ringing almost every half hour with no sound isolation in the room. I know there is no A/C in the room however i surprised there is no ventilation in bathroom and no fans in the room to circulate air. Breakfast was less than expectation. Too high price for economical hotel."

"This is a clean hotel but in some respects plain weird. Check-in is an automated service via a computer terminal. That process works fine but obviously feels very impersonal. What's worse, there are no signs provided as to where to park the car. Short-term parking stalls for check-in and a map of the property would be helpful. The blinds of the room were not drawn and with the hot weather the room felt like a sauna when entering. Could not, for the life of me, find butter at the breakfast buffet and the WILDREIS-GEMÜSEBOWL on the dinner menu was an absolute joke: literally just a bed of rice with steamed clumps of carrots and zucchini on it. 26 francs for that? It was maybe worth 2 francs. We only ever saw 2 employees during our stay: the dining room server and the breakfast buffet attendant. It's a clean hotel with modern amenities but ultimately offers as much charm as a fax machine. Ok for hopelessly over-priced Switzerland The rice dish on the dining room menu is the single most uninspired culinary creation I have encountered in 61 years"

"We expected the hotel to be plain and simple. It is, but plain and simple with modern style and elegance, very comfortable, bright and airy. It is a half hour walk up a steep hill from Unterterzen station, unless you time it to pick up the local bus. Breakfast is good and generous."

"Im Bad (Dusche) waren noch (Scham-)Haare der Vorgänger. Der Rest war sauber. Eher teuer. (2 Nächte für 400 CHF) Bett bequem. Sehr modern und schick eingerichtet. Da die Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage sind, wäre ein Ventilator ganz nett gewesen. Die Hitze war unerträglich. Lüften gestaltet sich eher schwierig. Es hatte zwar Gläser auf dem Zimmer, aber kein Wasser. (Ist das nicht ein Standard bei einem 3*-Hotel?)"
