Only approx. 8 minutes walk from the front door to the Prodalp-Express valley station via a path, also during winter possible. In immediate vicinity of the apartment there are grocery shops, sports shops, ski school and restaurants. The apartment has a garage, ski room and washing machine. Pets are allowed.

A ski room and a parking place for ski boots in the garage.

The apartment is comfortably furnished and was built in 1965. The complete apartment is equipped with a carpet.
