Description

The 3.5-room apartment is located directly on the ski slope and bike trails in a friendly new multi-family house. In immediate vicinity there are a few restaurants, the ski lift Mittenwald and the indoor swimming pool Flumserberg. An underground car park belongs to the apartment. There are no pets allowed in the apartment.

Bedroom
2 bedrooms: a spacious bedroom with large and comfortable box spring bed (180x200) and wardrobe, another bedroom with bunk bed (140x200) plus an additional pull-out bed (90x190). There is also a large built-in wardrobe and the blinds can be opened and closed by pushing a button in both rooms. We can also provide a baby bed on request.

Bathroom
1 bathroom with rain shower, toilet (closomat), sink with cosmetic mirror. A hair dryer is also available.

Living room
1 open living room with kitchen/dining area. In the living room there is a TV, radio, dining table, sofa and a balcony.

Kitchen
The new and modern kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction stove with bora steam outlet, refrigerator with freeze compartment, oven, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, tea maker, cheese fondue- and raclette-set. There are also pans, pots, bowls, glasses, cuterly and much more.

Other rooms
The house has a ski room and a shoe room with numerous heating rods for drying. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the cellar.

Interior
The apartment is modern and contemporary furnished and was built in 2016. Photos by Thomas Kessler, which show mountains of the region, decorate the walls. The complete apartment is equipped with oak parquet flooring and floor heating. The bunk bed was made of Swiss stone pine wood (Arven) in South Tyrol and since 2019 there is a comfortable oak corner bench.

Technical Equipment
A flat-screen-TV and radio. No WiFi.
