Description

The charming 2 ½ room maisonette corner house is located in a quiet location in the village center. Shops are located in immediate vicinity (about 2 minutes). The train station and the thermal bath are in about 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment has a sunny patio and a basement with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom
1 bedroom with large double bed and wardrobe, 1 bunk bed and wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

Bathroom
1 bathroom with bath/toilet and sink on the upper floor, 1 separate WC on the ground floor.

Living room
Open living room with leather sofa, 2 armchairs, fireplace, cable TV, telephone, radio, CD player and access to the patio.

Kitchen
New, open and modern kitchen with dining area, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, water heater.

Other rooms
Entrance with wardrobe and storage room, e.g. for sports equipment. Washing machine and tumble dryer available for common use in the laundry room.

Interior
The house is modern and comfortably furnished. The living/dining area has a tiled floor, the bedroom has a parquet floor. On the ground floor is a spiral staircase to the upper floor (not suitable for small children).
