Description

The Falknis holiday home is a charming 2½-room maisonette corner property in a quiet location in the centre of Bad Ragaz. It is around a 10-minute walk to the railway station and the Tamina Therme, whilst shops are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 2 minutes’ walk). The house features a sunny garden seating area, a balcony on the upper floor and a private garage in the underground car park. Bad Ragaz is well worth a visit all year round: thermal waters and tranquillity, walking and cycling trails, and in winter the Pizol ski resort.

Bedroom
1 bedroom on the upper floor with a large double bed made up of two single mattresses and a wardrobe, 1 bunk bed and a second wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Both sleeping areas have their own door onto the upper-floor hallway, and a folding partition wall between them separates the two. It provides privacy and a visual screen, but it is not soundproof. The bedroom opens directly onto the balcony. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided on arrival.

Bathroom
1 bathroom with bath/WC and washbasin on the upper floor, 1 separate WC on the ground floor.

Livingroom
Open-plan living room with sofa, fireplace and direct access to the garden seating area. Smart TV, DAB+ radio with Bluetooth and CD player.

Kitchen
New, open-plan and modern kitchen with dining area, oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, plus crockery and kitchen linen.

Other rooms
Hallway with coat rack and storage space, e.g. for skis, hiking poles or bikes. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for communal use in the laundry room downstairs by the cellar, next to the underground car park.

Interior
The holiday home is cosily furnished, with 58 m² spread over two floors. The living/dining area has a tiled floor, whilst the upper floor has laminate flooring. On the ground floor, there is a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor (steep, not suitable for small children).

Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DAB+ radio with Bluetooth and CD player.
