To enjoy the full glory of Lake Walen, an e-scooter is ideal. It will take you to the most beautiful spots along the shore of the lake quickly, easily and in an energy-saving way. A picnic bag filled with delicacies from Heidiland is provided for your excursion to the Riviera of Eastern Switzerland. All you have to do is find a secluded spot along the 150-metre-deep Walensee and enjoy the panoramic view. The imposing Churfirsten peaks rise above the deep blue lake, and on the opposite shore you can spot the Mediterranean village of Quinten.
Route
Start at Hotel Marina Walensee in Unterterzen. Drive to Quarten via Rüti (Rütistrasse) to the Murgbach waterfall. Then back to Murg along Lake Walen and along the lake route to Unterterzen. Note: On the e-scooter you can reach a speed up to 20 km/h and you can cover a range up to 65 kilometres.
